Therese's CTMH Workshop

Yesterday, my good buddy Therese had a Close to My Heart workshop. We're friendly competitors, always happy to learn something new or make something pretty. First up are two of her designs she made for Valentines using the Cuttlebug Swirls embossing folder and the scalloped Nestie hearts.

First up, her lovely red on pink hearts . . .

Followed by her gorgeous pink on red hearts. Yummy, girlfriend!

This is my version of the kanji hearts we all did as make and takes. Only diff between mine and Therese's was she had her cord looser and swirlier (is that a word? LOL). It was a trip doing the eyelets on the hearts with a Crop-a-dile. Two ladies had never seen one before and one commented that it looked like some horrible tool one would find in a gynecologist's office! Noooo, get that image out of my head!

Here's Therese's sample she made from a Take Five layout challenge. I'm no good at cropping, hence the Windex bottle, but my scan of my card was orangey! This is much truer to the colors which included CTMH's Juniper and Sorbet. Gorgeous colors!
That's it for this time. Thanks for looking.

wow, they are very pretty cards. Love the heart layers. I think swirlier is a great word!
